We are actively seeking a qualified Automotive Finance Manager to join our top-notch team. In this role, you will sell the world's greatest cars at Long Island's top auto group!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist sales team with processing or completing sales.
  • Make sure the paperwork is complete and accurate before it goes into accounting
  • Provide world-class interaction with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Structure sale price & trade-in presentations.
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards
  • Ensure and manage proper follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients through telephone, mailings, and electronic media before purchase and service.
  • Ensure and manage incoming email and phone calls by responding to customers via electronic media
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
  • Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Promote and maintain reasonable Employee Satisfaction
  • Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
