Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. With a history dating back to 1963, our group has established a reputation for innovation, integrity, and customer-centric services. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!
The Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle financing and protection product process while ensuring a compliant, transparent, and positive purchase experience. This role partners closely with the sales team to maximize profitability, maintain lender relationships, and uphold Honda brand standards.
What You'll Do:
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.)
  • Secure competitive financing through approved lenders
  • Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and Honda guidelines
  • Accurately complete and submit finance contracts and required documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and captive lenders
  • Review credit applications and explain financing options clearly to customers
  • Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to close deals efficiently
  • Maintain CSI standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Stay current on Honda programs, incentives, and compliance updates

What You'll Need:
  • Previous automotive Finance Manager experience required (Honda experience a plus)
  • Automotive dealership sales experience required
  • Strong understanding of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly finance and product penetration goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
