Key Responsibilities
  • Guide & Assist: Provide an exceptional, transparent buying experience for every guest online, over the phone, and in person.
  • Product Expertise: Build a strong knowledge of Buick and GMC vehicle features, technology, and financing options to assist customers effectively.
  • Test Drives & Demos: Demonstrate vehicle technology and conduct dynamic test drives.
  • Lead & CRM Management: Follow up with internet leads, manage customer relationships, and track sales progress using our state-of-the-art CRM.
  • Delivery & Customer Experience: Ensure smooth vehicle handoffs, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

  • Prior experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (we provide complete training!).

Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
