JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Morgan Academic Center is accepting applications for Study Hall Monitors for the 2026-2027 academic year. We are seeking graduate or post-graduate individuals who can help support a structured academic environment for student-athletes.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a quiet environment conducive to studying
  • Supervising student-athletes during independent study sessions
  • Providing tutoring and mentoring support
  • Monitoring computer lab usage
  • Assisting with other assigned study hall duties
  • Serving as a first point of contact for emergencies outside of regular business hours

This position allows for up to 20 hours per week; however, hours are not guaranteed and will be assigned based on departmental need and individual availability. Evening and Sunday hours may be required. Scheduling is flexible when possible.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is typically required for this position.
