Illuminator (Studio Support)
LIT Life + Yoga is looking for a part-time front desk person to join our team. If you are passionate about yoga and life balance, we are looking for you.
Schedule
Part-time; hours vary. Looking for availability for Monday evenings, Wednesday Evenings, Friday Mornings and Sunday Mornings.
Responsibilities:
  • Understanding + leveraging the features + functions of MindBody for studio operations Greeting, engaging + developing professional relationships with students
  • Communicating to students regarding memberships and instructor/class information
  • Participating and supporting a variety of workshops and events
  • Assisting + maintaining retail merchandising + replenishment
  • Handling different forms of transactions for retail, apparel, etc.
  • Maintaining studio cleanliness, including light cleaning duties, laundry + oversight of monthly cleaning Company
  • Supporting both internal and external communications regarding studio updates, promotions + more
  • Periodic marketing support, including capturing in-studio photography of exceptional classes, labs, private sessions, for sharing on the brand's social channels.

Qualifications:
  • Customer service and engagement
  • Passion for yoga (a must)
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Mind body experience preferred
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
