We’re seeking upbeat, caring team members who believe in our mission and want to help others experience the benefits of infrared and red light therapy.

Hourly Pay plus opportunity for commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold.
No experience is required. All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire's Health and Wellness Philosophy.
Gain marketable skills directly from the studio owners who have backgrounds in Communications and Business Operations.
Enjoy complimentary sauna sessions up to four times per month during non-working hours to deepen your product knowledge and enhance your sales approach.
Outstanding performance could lead to consideration for our Assistant Studio Manager role, with additional responsibilities and pay.
The studio’s hours of operation are shown below. Team members may select either opening or closing shifts, each averaging around 7 hours. We offer flexible scheduling with the opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week, though overtime is not available.
Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 9:00PM (Opening shift starts at 6:30AM | Closing shift should be wrapped by 9:30PM)
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00AM to 7:00PM (Opening shift starts at 8:30AM | Closing shift should be wrapped by 7:30PM)

Greet guests, give tours, answer questions, and share the benefits of our wellness offerings — helping each person find the right membership for their goals.
Connect with and follow up with potential guests in a warm, energetic way using our communication system, with the goal of helping them join as members and begin their wellness journey.
Use our Mindbody system to check members in and out of sessions, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the studio, and prepare sauna rooms according to each member’s preferences.
Ensure the studio stays fresh and welcoming by cleaning and resetting sauna rooms after each use and keeping the towel area stocked and tidy.
