Their main duties typically include greeting clients, answering questions about services or products, processing sales transactions, and assisting with studio operations. Studio Sales Associates play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping customers select the best options based on their needs. They may also help with scheduling, membership sign-ups, and maintaining the studio’s appearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a Studio Sales Associate?

To thrive as a Studio Sales Associate, you need strong sales acumen, customer service skills, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, booking software, and CRM tools is often required.
