Job description

Job Summary: Our Fargo studio is growing, and we are adding a Studio Sales Manager to help support our guest experience team. This position is responsible for driving studio revenue performance and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes direct involvement of the guest journey playing a pivotal role in guest consultations by performing scans and needs assessments and earning a “yes” from the guest during a visit.   

This role operates in close partnership with the Studio Director, who leads overall budget achievement and holds ultimate responsibility for Studio performance. The Studio Sales Manager is accountable for the sales performance of the Guest Service Sales Specialists, ensuring alignment between sales execution resulting in package sales, membership conversion, and financing applications.   

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55K+ depending on experience - plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay

Sales Responsibilities 

  • Promote long-term guest satisfaction and engagement that results in studio success through driving package sales, membership conversion, and Yes Today.   

  • Support Studio Director with outreach efforts to lapsed guests, promotional opportunities, outstanding membership credits, etc. 

  • Work in partnership with the Studio Director to identify underperforming metrics and develop strategies that drive top-line sales growth 

  • Work with Studio Director and Operations Manager to create in-studio promotions to sell through overstocked items, products close to expiry, etc.  

  • Coordinate sales and product training efforts to support improved team performance  

  • Create internal contests to drive team results 

  • Manage Alle to mine for guest recall or promotional opportunities that drive topline sales  

  • Manage the Wendy column to ensure it is always readily available.  

  • Appointment book oversight – mining for efficiencies, opportunities, etc. 

Eventing Responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute in-studio events that deliver on ideal guest outcomes and sales goals 

  • Drive RSVP’s and attendance 

  • Collaborate with Studio Director and Operations Manager to create experience stations, effective sales verbiage, B&A’s, etc.   

  • Initiate business to business relationships and co-events 

Guest Experience Responsibilities 

  • Create quarterly Guest Care Coordinator schedule under the direction and approval of the Studio Director 

  • Support exceptional guest experience by coaching and developing Guest Care Coordinators to proper CARES execution, initiating studio tours, allowing new guests to feel welcomed and comfortable in the studio 

  • Perform consults, skin analysis, and effective needs assessments  

  • Perform strong hand-offs with clinical providers to ensure seamless communication on findings, guest goals, and latent needs 

Guest Financing Responsibilities 

  • Treat sheet distribution includes introduction to payment options and engagement in QR Code 

  • Partner with clinical providers in treatment rooms to effectively explain payment plans to drive guest engagement and superior studio performance 

  • Own guest service introduction to financing, pre-appointment financing links, appropriate verbiage, and effective explanation of benefits and financial breakdown 

Team Leadership and Development 

  • Daily leadership, oversight, and development of Guest Care Coordinators 

  • Execute monthly 1:1’s in partnership with Studio Director 

  • Recruit, train, and develop high performing team focused on sales excellence and guest experience 

  • Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture 

  • Address performance gaps proactively while recognizing and developing top talent  

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in sales, aesthetics, retail, hospitality, wellness, or a service-based environment
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems, scheduling, and operational management preferred
  • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
