We want a proven closer who can step into an existing team, earn their respect on day one, and drive this studio to a new level of performance. Stretch Zone Palm Coast has traditionally been a Top Tier studio, and part of a national network of 450+ studios. We built our reputation on results and team culture. Now we need a leader who can protect that reputation and build on it.

What You'll Own
  • Close new memberships. Convert walk-ins and first-time guests into members. Youll welcome prospects, understand their why, guide them through a complimentary first stretch, then present the right membership option and close!
  • Lead the team daily. Coach, encourage, and hold your teammates accountable to the same standard. Lead by example on the floor not from behind a desk.
  • Drive outbound activity. Manage outbound calls and texts, re-engage inactive members, and follow up on every lead until you get an answer.
  • Retain members: Follow up, connect, and keep members engaged and coming back.
  • Own studio operations. Open and close the studio, maintain operational standards, and keep the floor running at a high level.
  • Know your numbers. Track your KPIs, review your numbers every day, and course-correct when something isnt working.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in a sales role and a verifiable track record of closing. Well ask for it.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team. You know how to get the best out of people without micromanaging.
  • A competitive mindset. You dont just hit goals you resent not exceeding them.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. People genuinely enjoy working with you and feel heard by you.
  • Comfort with data. You can pull a report, understand what its telling you, and act.
  • Wellness or fitness background? Great but not required. We train the right person.

A Day in the Life
  • Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members.
  • You review the days appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment.
  • Throughout the day, youre on the floor, greeting members and guests, closing new memberships, coaching your team in real time, and making sure every person who walks through the door has an exceptional experience.
  • Youre tracking KPIs, identifying opportunities, and following up on leads. When somethings not working, you figure out why and fix it. When the team hits a goal, you celebrate it and then set a higher one.
