Assistant Studio Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
At Orangetheory Fitness our Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) will work in partnership with the Studio Sales and Operations Manager and Head Coach to ensure operational excellence of the Orangetheory Fitness Studio. The ASM will provide daily and weekend managerial duties to accomplish sales and operations expectations. The ASM will support the lead generation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase the membership performance of their studio. This role will serve as an interim Manager on duty for weekend shifts in the absence of the Studio Sales and Operations Manager. The ASM will report to the Studio Sales and Operations Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster growth and excellence
  • Serve as Acting Manager in the absence of the Studio Sales and Operations Manager, ensuring seamless operations
  • Collaborate closely with the Studio Sales and Operations Manager to surpass Orangetheory Fitness sales goals and achieve key performance indicators
  • Lead sales process oversight and strategic initiatives, including studio events and outreach programs
  • Spearhead recruitment, training, and scheduling efforts for studio staff, providing ongoing support and guidance for team success
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold Orangetheory Fitness standards for customer service and facility maintenance

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve ambitious sales goals
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to connect with members, the community, and the public making business-savvy decisions
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: 3 years in direct sales management/lead generation roles
