What You'll DoAs the first and last person our members see each day, you'll help create an exceptional studio experience by:
  •  Greeting every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism 
  •  Building meaningful relationships with members and prospective clients 
  •  Scheduling appointments and managing the studio calendar 
  •  Answering membership questions and assisting with member accounts 
  •  Following up with prospective members and helping convert leads into memberships 
  •  Supporting the sales process and onboarding new members 
  •  Assisting with community events and local marketing initiatives 
  •  Creating 2–3 engaging social media posts each week
  •  Assisting with content for our monthly email newsletter 
  •  Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio

Qualifications
  •  1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, or sales 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills 
  •  Comfortable using computers and learning new software 
  •  Available to work evenings and weekends: 
    • Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–7:30 PM
    • Saturdays - 7AM - 12:30PM
  •  Ability to participate in 1–2 BODY20 workouts per week so you can confidently share your personal experience with prospective members
