Job description

Awaken Red Light is a new premium wellness studio opening in Boca Raton, focused on red light therapy, infrared sauna, and private recovery lounge experiences.

We are looking for a polished, wellness-minded, tech-savvy team member to help us launch and grow the studio. This role is a mix of client onboarding, member experience, studio operations, and sales. The right person will be passionate about wellness, comfortable speaking with clients, and confident helping people choose the right package, membership, or wellness program.

This is not a basic front desk role. We are looking for someone who can help create an elevated client experience from the first inquiry all the way through onboarding, follow-up, and membership retention.

What You’ll Do

You will be the first point of contact for many new clients and members. Your job is to make people feel welcome, explain how our services work, help them feel comfortable using the equipment, and guide them toward the best option for their goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome new clients and provide a warm, professional studio experience
  • Explain red light therapy, infrared sauna, and recovery lounge services in a clear and confident way
  • Help clients choose between intro offers, session packs, programs, and memberships
  • Onboard new members into our booking system, waiver system, access app, and studio process
  • Assist with sales conversations and follow up with leads
  • Manage client bookings, reminders, and basic customer service
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
  • Help clients understand safety guidelines, room instructions, and proper use of equipment
  • Track leads, follow-ups, memberships, and client questions
  • Support local partnerships with gyms, Pilates studios, medspas, chiropractors, and wellness providers
  • Help create a premium, calm, and trustworthy environment

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience in wellness, fitness, medspa, beauty, recovery, health, hospitality, or membership-based sales.

You should be:

  • Passionate about wellness, recovery, beauty, fitness, or longevity
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining services
  • Confident with sales, follow-up, and membership conversations
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn multiple apps quickly
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Warm, professional, and polished
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a new business/startup environment
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities without needing constant direction
  • Excited to grow with a premium wellness brand

Tech Skills Needed

You do not need to be a software expert, but you must be comfortable learning and using tools like:

  • Online booking software
  • Membership/payment platforms
  • Digital waiver systems
  • Access control/keycard apps
  • CRM or lead-tracking tools
  • Email/text follow-up systems
  • Google Workspace or basic office tools

Sales Experience

Sales experience is important for this role. You do not need to be pushy, but you do need to be comfortable helping clients make a decision.

You should be able to confidently explain:

  • Intro offers
  • Session packs
  • Guided wellness programs
  • Memberships
  • Add-ons
  • Founding member offers

Our sales style is consultative, friendly, and wellness-focused — not aggressive.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time available depending on experience.

Some evening and weekend availability may be needed, especially during launch.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses/commissions.

Compensation can include:

  • Hourly base pay
  • Membership sales bonuses
  • Package/program sales incentives
  • Growth opportunities as the studio expands

Why Join Awaken Red Light?

This is an opportunity to be part of the founding team of a new premium wellness concept in Boca Raton. We are building something clean, modern, and high-end — focused on helping clients look better, feel better, and recover better through red light therapy, infrared sauna, and recovery experiences.

As we grow, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership, and potentially helping with future locations.
