This role serves as an integral part of the CADY team as they create unique experiences for each client, recruit, and develops the studio team, and manages daily operations and revenue in the studio. We are looking for someone who is driven, adaptable, and brings an energetic feel to our Delray studio. Who is CADY? Cady is a leading High School photography company experiencing historic growth!

We are passionate about capturing and celebrating the most formidable years of the lives of students we engage with by telling their story through event and portrait photography products. We are committed to preserving memories beyond a social media post. We live by the motto that you don’t need a cape to be a hero of everyday moments Responsibilities * Host our clients, maintain the atmosphere and experience from check in to check out. * Recruit, train, and develop the studio team. * Meet and exceed studio revenue goals. * Create schedules and approve payroll for the studio team. * Oversee the Inventory and venue management. * Be responsible for opening and closing duties. * Encourage an energetic atmosphere for our students and photographers. * Take on positive and negative customer feedback from reviews. * Be able to work Saturday hours during peak seasons.
