  • Ensure exceptional customer service by supporting Studio Managers in resolving member concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Lead bi-weekly meetings with studio leaders to share best practices, celebrate successes, and reinforce company initiatives.
  • Support local marketing efforts and community events that drive memberships and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with Orangetheory Fitness standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in fitness, retail, hospitality, or another service-based industry.
  • Proven success achieving revenue, operational, and business performance goals.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Experience managing P&L performance, payroll, budgets, and expense control.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between assigned studio locations.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • Lead multiple high-performing Orangetheory Fitness studios.
  • Build and develop outstanding leadership teams.
  • Influence business strategy and operational success.
  • Make a direct impact on studio performance, profitability, and the member experience.
  • Be part of an energetic, collaborative, and performance-focused culture.

This position is eligible to participate in a competitive incentive program, including monthly and quarterly performance bonuses based on studio revenue, membership growth, workout traffic, active member goals, and EBITDA performance.
