Job description

[solidcore] is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our HQ in Arlington, Virginia. We are a fast-paced, innovative company looking for a motivated sales professional to support our studio growth. The Sales Coordinator supports both the Sales and Field teams, reports to the Senior Manager of Sales and plays a critical role in lead engagement, follow- up, education, and conversion across our studios. Please note this role is Sunday-Thursday with Friday-Saturday off.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management

  • Support the Sales Team under the direction of the Senior Sales Manager by executing lead management and outreach across crm platforms
  • You will complete 75-100 direct contacts daily using provided lead lists and campaigns while managing workload across platforms 

Sales Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales Representatives and Field teams to support outreach, follow-up, and pipeline progression
  • Execute sales strategies, campaigns, and process improvements in alignment with leadership direction
  • Ensure seamless and timely handoff of qualified leads to local field teams
  • Support partnership initiatives that drive retention and long-term membership value

Systems, Reporting & Process

  • Utilize CRM systems to track outreach, manage follow-ups, and document activity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and outcomes
  • Ensure timely responses and a consistent client experience across platforms
  • Participate in regular check-ins with senior leadership to report performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement
Role Expectations: 
  • Full Time exempt role
  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional evenings and/or weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Hybrid, 3 days in office in Arlington (Mon-Wed), 2 days remote (Sun & Thurs)
  • Work week is Sunday-Thursday
What Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience (fitness industry preferred)
  • Strong, engaging communication skills with a polished sales presence
  • Passion for the [solidcore] brand, community, and client experience
  • High comfort level engaging clients via text, email, phone and in person when needed at events
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while working independently
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional, punctual, and reliable
  • Accountable in handling client interactions to deliver a best in class experience
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Prior experience with Mindbody preferred
Compensation & Benefits
