Job Summary
Serve as clerical support for TRIO: ETS Staff
  • Greet students, faculty, staff, and guests in courteous manner
  • Maintain the bulletin board and showcases updated
  • Assist staff with research related to student success opportunities (scholarships, etc.)
  • Assist in developing the recurring newsletters, social media updates
  • Assist with organization
  • Assist with set up and materials workshops and vendor events
  • Fax, print, copy, file and edit documents
  • Manage participant profiles and files and keep information confidential
  • Assist in entering participant information in Blumen database.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education
  • PNW Federal Work Study Student (as determined by the Financial Aid Office).

Experience
  • Must be a current PNW student.
  • Creative and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Social Media savvy
  • Demonstrate a sensitivity to the needs and challenges of first-gen, low-income participants
