Luciaโ€™s in-house software engineers build custom tools to solve the most pressing financial challenges creators face, Company Description Lucia is the #1 accounting agency dedicated to serving creators and influencers across North America. We are tech-driven and rebellious (anti-corporate). The company is founded by former Deloitte CPAs, content creators, and engineers who have partnered with major brands such as Nike, Dove, and Amazon. Lucia operates on a hybrid model, combining accounting services with proprietary in-house creator software tools.


Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based role for a college student or ex-college student. It's a laid back role, a good side gig. One of our target audiences is College athletes. They need accounting and taxes done. Any college athletes you bring on as a Lucia client you receive a reoccurring commission which is lucrative given the accounting fees charged are high. If you have specific marketing / sales ideas we are happy to cover the cost of them - e.g. printing out a flyer.


Qualification

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university with an interest in the creator economy, business, finance, or marketing.
  • Comfort using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to connect with and engage creators and student entrepreneurs.
  • Prior experience in sales, campus ambassadorship, community building, or influencer marketing is a plus but not required.
