Job description

At Gene Juarez Salon & Spa, we believe wellness is not a moment, it is a practice. For more than four decades, we have set the standard for elevated beauty, care, and confidence in the Pacific Northwest. As we expand our offerings, we are launching massage therapy in select locations as part of an exciting new wellness initiative.
Our salons and spas are designed to be calm, intentional spaces where guests feel cared for and professionals are supported. This role offers the opportunity to work within a luxury brand while helping shape the future of wellness at Gene Juarez.
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality, personalized massage services in a professional salon and spa environment. This is currently a part-time position, ideal for therapists who value quality, consistency, and guest experience.
This posting is specifically for our Bellevue location, is part time, and requires both weekend days
What You'll Do
  • Provide personalized massage services focused on relaxation and wellness
  • Create a calm, welcoming, and professional guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready treatment space
  • Follow all intake, safety, and service protocols
  • Recommend enhancements when appropriate to elevate the guest experience
  • Support rebooking and long-term guest relationships
  • Work collaboratively with salon and spa teams

Compensation Information
  • Earn per service performed, $45-58 per 60-minute service, based on experience and skill
  • Eligible for gratuities and additional commission-based retail sales and add-ons.
  • Estimated annual earning potential: $38,000-64,000 including tips and assuming 75%+ occupancy
  • Initial training time is paid hourly at $17.50/hr
  • Benefits: Part time employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) program and receive PTO hours (1 hr for every 30 hours worked).
