The Allison Inn & Spa is Oregon Wine Country's first full-service luxury resort in the heart of the Willamette Valley and has one of the most elegant luxury spas in Oregon. In harmony with the natural beauty of Oregon Wine Country, our philosophy at The Allison Spa is to nurture the entire being. Our extensive spa menu blends living energies from the ecological elements of the Willamette Valley including fruit, herbs, flowers, water and our renowned pinot noir grapes.


Seeking a Year-Round Part Time and/or Full Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT): Flexible schedules offered, Monday through Sunday. 7-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch. Up to five treatment hours per day. All services have 15-minute turns. Current hours of the Spa: 9:00am-5:00pm, all days. Shifts: 9am-3:45pm and 10:15am-5pm. Option to rotate weekend days off.

Earnings range: $70.00 โ€“ $80.00 (average) per 60min massage service with gratuities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide relaxing yet effective body massage utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
  • Provide body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, chair massage and hydrotherapy โ€“ paid training provided if needed.
  • Maintain neatness, sanitation requirements, and professionalism of the treatment rooms after each guest visit, as well as the dispensary and prep areas.
  • Follow established standard guidelines for treatment procedures and protocols.
  • Always show a positive, pleasant and helpful attitude.
  • Complete SOAP charting for each guest.
  • Insure the privacy of each guest.

Qualifications

  • Possess Current Oregon Massage Therapy License.
  • Proficient in charting and client treatment documentation .
  • Proficient in a variety of bodywork techniques.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some weekend days, evenings and holidays.
  • An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Clear background check.

Working conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and /or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must have complete range of motion, no physical limitations restricting movement.
