Job Title: Sales Professional

Location: 1197 Main Street, Carbondale, CO 81623

Total Compensation: $90k - $110k OTE

Compensation Package:

•Base ($50,000) + Commission

•Bonus opportunities

Schedule: Full-Time (including Saturdays)

Job Summary: For the past 40+ years, our locally-owned business has become the Hot Tub Experts in the Roaring Fork Valley. We are the exclusive distributor of Hot Springs Spas, Caldera Spas, and Endless Pools Fitness Systems. Our goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience. Crystal River Spas is seeking a motivated salesperson with high earnings potential. While some prior sales experience is required, no hot tub sales experience is necessary as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you! Successful candidates should have a record of building strong relationships and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

•Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert

•Assist customers who come into the store to determine spa/sauna options as well as repair or water maintenance needs

•Complete quotes and follow up with prospective customers

•Follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction

•Generate and maintain communication with leads

•Cleaning, restocking and organizing the showroom

•Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Required Qualifications/Skills:

•A captivating personality who can connect with people

•Minimum of one-year sales experience (retail a plus, high-ticket experience preferred)

•High-level of motivation and resilience

•Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships and providing world class service
