The Fast Strike Wellness Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team remotely. This position is fully remote, offering you the freedom and autonomy to design your practice. You will collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to advancing mental wellness. Our virtual platform supports telemedicine, ensuring seamless communication and interaction with clients, while providing the necessary tools and resources for effective therapy delivery.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing telemedicine technology to connect with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic techniques to address family dynamics, individual crises, and behavioral patterns contributing to emotional distress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines.
• Regularly collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and psychiatric nurses, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your expertise will primarily serve patients experiencing a variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Additionally, you will focus on patients facing end-of-life issues, enhancing their quality of life while providing support to their families during emotional transitions. Your role is vital in promoting mental health awareness and resilience in vulnerable populations.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or hospice setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex social challenges.
• Proven skills in developing meaningful client relationships, fostering trust, and effective collaboration.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in hospice care or palliative support, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms, will be viewed favorably. Additionally, expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care are advantageous traits for prospective applicants.
