Hyde Park Schools seeks a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach to provide vision, leadership, and daily oversight of a comprehensive athletic performance program. Reporting to the Athletic Director and working closely with coaches, this role designs and implements developmentally appropriate training that improves strength, speed, and team culture while reducing injury risk. The coach establishes standards, builds training systems, supervises sessions, evaluates progress, and ensures facilities and equipment are organized and safe. The head strength & conditioning coach will promote the program internally and externally, collaborates with the sports medicine department on injury prevention and return-to-play considerations, and teaches healthy athlete habits including nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle choices. Success requires strong partnership with coaches and clear communication with athletes. The program is expected to align fully with the school's core values while strengthening teams and elevating performance across the athletic department.
