Job description

Onset is seeking a skilled Procore Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Procore Construction Management platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, construction stakeholders, and technical teams to streamline construction workflows, improve project collaboration, and maximize the value of Procore across project lifecycles. Procore consultants typically help configure the platform, train users, optimize workflows, and support integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Procore modules based on business requirements.
  • Gather and analyze functional requirements from construction stakeholders.
  • Design and optimize construction workflows using Procore.
  • Configure:
    • Project Management
    • Quality & Safety
    • Financial Management
    • Document Management
    • RFIs
    • Submittals
    • Drawings
    • Daily Logs
    • Inspections
    • Punch Lists
  • Support end-user onboarding and training.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.
  • Create user guides, SOPs, and training documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with integration teams for ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
  • Recommend process improvements and platform best practices.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • 3–6 years of Procore implementation or support experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle.
  • Experience configuring Procore modules.
  • Knowledge of:
    • RFIs
    • Submittals
    • Drawings
    • Daily Logs
    • Specifications
    • Change Events
    • Commitments
    • Budget Management
  • Experience with user training and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating Procore with:
    • Oracle ERP
    • SAP
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Primavera P6
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Experience with construction digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with BIM, document control, and project controls.
  • Experience in Agile project delivery.

  • Agile/Scrum Certification
  • Experience with enterprise construction management platforms
