Job description

We’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to join Procore’s Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you’ll support the development of Procore’s long-term growth strategy, working cross-functionally across all departments to identify, develop, and prioritize growth opportunities in new or adjacent markets, product areas, and business models. You will play a pivotal role in driving our mid- to long-term growth drivers and building investment recommendations for leadership.

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you’ll partner with Product, Go-To-Market, Corporate Development, and Finance leaders to translate strategic recommendations into actionable execution plans. Use your financial modeling, market research, and cross-functional leadership skills to shape the future direction of enterprise software in construction. This position reports into the Director, Corporate Strategy and will be based in our Austin, TX office or remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Independently drive the ideation, research, and development of strategic opportunity assessments for new mid- to long-term growth drivers.

  • Monitor and contextualize market trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to deliver actionable strategic insights across all time horizons.

  • Build and pitch data-driven growth recommendations and investment business cases to senior leadership.

  • Develop high-level growth models utilizing internal and external data to support strategic investment decisions.

  • Collaborate with customers and industry experts to synthesize feedback, identify emerging trends, and surface new business opportunities.

  • Partner with Corporate Development and functional leaders to evaluate build, buy, and partner options for priority growth initiatives.

  • Translate approved strategies into execution roadmaps and hand them off to Product and GTM teams to drive operationalization.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation/product strategy.

  • Deep experience in financial modeling, market research, quantitative analysis, design thinking, and opportunity assessments.

  • Proven background in enterprise software or SaaS environments is highly desirable.

  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize multiple ongoing workstreams, and solve complex business problems.

  • Excellent persuasive written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building trust across executive stakeholders.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
