Position Summary
The Sr. W&D Biz Development Manager will establish and lead the newly formed W&D Business Development Team under the W&D Strategy & Planning Office. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, structuring, and launching new business opportunities across Warehousing & Distribution (W&D), including 3PL/4PL, automation-driven logistics solutions, cross-border operations, and strategic partnerships.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership from strategy development to execution and launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute mid-to-long term W&D growth strategy and business portfolio roadmap
  • Identify and develop new business models (3PL/4PL, automation, fulfillment, cross-border logistics, etc.)
  • Lead feasibility studies including financial modeling (P&L, IRR, NPV, CAPEX analysis)
  • Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships, JVs, and potential M&A opportunities
  • Lead RFP strategy for large-scale logistics opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration (Operations, Finance, IT, Sales)
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and investment proposals
  • Business launch and initial operational stabilization
  • Build and manage the W&D Business Development team

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, SCM, strategy, consulting, corporate development, or investment banking
  • Strong understanding of W&D/3PL business models and cost structures
  • Proven financial modeling and business case development skills
  • Experience in leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Professional proficiency in English and Korean
