What You’ll Do

As a key driver of our expansion, you’ll:

  • Identify and win new business in Power Generation, Data Centers, Defense, Rail & Locomotive, and Oil & Gas.
  • Develop and execute market strategies for both emerging and established sectors.
  • Build lasting relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Leverage insights to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Own the pipeline—manage CRM, forecast accurately, and maintain a strong 12-month outlook.
  • Represent our brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Business Development or Sales Management.
  • Proven success as a hunter—you know how to break into new markets and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

  • Selling technical products into target industries.
  • Established networks in engineering and procurement.
  • Familiarity with heat transfer technologies (radiators, oil coolers, HVAC, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of engine cooling and thermal management systems.
