As a Strategic Marketing Associate at Erickson Senior Living, you’ll play an important role in supporting the implementation of best-in-class strategic marketing plans and solutions designed to inspire our customers and stand out from the competition.  You’ll actively participate in the robust strategic planning process for each marketing plan as well as organize and maintain the strategy communication. This role is key in maintaining the relationship between stakeholders on the Sales, Marketing and Communications, and community leadership teams. 

This role requires working onsite in our Catonsville, MD location 3-4 days per week.

Compensation: $60,000 – $68,000 per year,  plus eligibility for annual bonus.

How you will make an impact

  • Partner with the Strategic Marketing Manager and team in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and maintain a calendar of tactics to effectively execute each marketing plan

  • Participate in weekly status meetings with key stakeholders to review performance of current marketing plans, discuss business needs and adjust plans accordingly

  • Create, maintain, document and execute all aspects of the integrated strategic marketing plan including television, print, events, direct mail, collateral and digital tactics

  • Monitor performance of tactics and provide relevant solutions to achieve established business goals

  • Manage the creation and execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, including developing and maintaining spreadsheets and other documentation.

  • Provide reports and communications related to tactical budgets and use budget tracking tools

  • Create project requests in the job management platform, manage the call attribution program and create marketing campaign codes

What you will need

  • Two or more years relevant experience

  • Proven knowledge of marketing and sales strategies

  • Comfortable with computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based database and reporting systems
