Job DescriptionInspire, excel and grow with us

At U.S. Bank, we're reimagining how technology, operations, and user experience come together to deliver exceptional outcomes. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Strategy & Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the next generation of platform capabilities within our WCIBO Digital Product Portfolio.

This is an opportunity to lead experienced Product Managers and Product Owners, influence product strategy at scale, and drive meaningful business impact from idea to execution. If you're energized by solving complex problems, aligning business and technology priorities, and building products that users love, we'd like to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with Technology, Business Analysis, User Adoption, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

  • Identify delivery risks early, resolve roadblocks, and adapt plans when priorities shift.

Success in This Role

You thrive when balancing long-term strategy with practical execution. You're comfortable getting close to the work, coaching teams through challenges, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring products are delivered with quality, purpose, and impact. You know how to connect business vision to technical execution while keeping the end-user experience at the center of every decision.
