Job description

Strategic Partnerships, Vice President
The Opportunity:
The Strategic Partnerships Vice President will lead Booz Allen's enterprise partnership strategy and partnership programs, shaping how the company collaborates with the world's leading technology companies. This leader will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling high-value strategic partnerships that accelerate growth, expand market impact, enhance client outcomes, and strengthen the company's competitive position.
The VP will collaborate closely with sector leaders, market teams, corporate functions, and senior executives to ensure partnerships deliver measurable business results aligned to company priorities. You will also oversee the team responsible for managing partnership operations, governance, and engagement across the company.
What You'll Work On:
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-aligned partnership strategy.
  • Identify high-impact, high-value partners that unlock growth and strengthen Booz Allen's position.
  • Oversee the negotiation, structuring, and management of strategic alliances, co-development agreements, and GTM engagements.
  • Drive revenue growth by shaping partnership-enabled opportunities with market and account teams.
  • Build repeatable go-to-market motions with partners, including bundling, co-selling, and co-development.
  • Track partnership performance metrics such as pipeline contribution, revenue impact, solution adoption, and partner engagement.
  • Support senior leaders such as EVPs, SVPs, product, and market executives in partnership decisions and client pursuits.
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for partnership programs and partner operations.
  • Establish governance models to ensure long-term partner health, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor market, technology, and regulatory changes that influence partnership execution.

You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, ecosystem strategy, or growth leadership
  • Experience building large-scale, high-impact strategic partnerships in technology or federal markets
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements and managing senior-level partner relationships
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partner-enabled growth
  • Experience developing and managing partnership programs or partnership portfolios
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with senior executives and technical teams
  • Ability to operate in highly matrixed environments and align stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience partnering with major commercial technology companies such as cloud, AI, software, or hardware
  • Experience building and scaling partnership programs from inception
  • Experience leading partnerships in federal, regulated, or mission-driven markets
  • Experience driving co-development or commercial innovation through partners
  • Possession of excellent executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $261,000 to $432,000 (annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
