Why Omni? * Environment of Autonomy

* People over process Position Description (what you will do) We're looking for a high-impact Strategic Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of federal mission success and strategic business growth. Omni Federal isn't your typical gov-con. We move fast, we lead with user-centric design, and we deliver modern software that actually works. In this role, you will be the face of Omni at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). You aren't just "managing an account"-you are a strategic liaison ensuring that our digital transformation efforts align perfectly with the government's evolving security mission. Your goal is to bridge the gap between executive vision and tactical execution. You will work in a "power trio" with our Account Executive and Program Manager to ensure DCSA views Omni Federal not just as a vendor, but as a trusted partner. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy that builds long-term trust and uncovers deep-seated mission pain points.
* On-Site Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between Omni Federal's executive leadership and DCSA government stakeholders. You are our "eyes and ears" on the ground.
* Mission Acceleration: Proactively engage government offices to remove roadblocks, accelerate administrative or technical actions, and streamline delivery for the PMO.
* Contract Strategy & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within DCSA. You'll lead the charge in developing contract strategies that protect our current work while positioning us for organic growth.
* Collaborative Problem Solving: Pivot between high-level strategy and granular problem-solving to ensure the DCSA customer feels heard, supported, and prioritized.
* The DCSA Network: You have a deep understanding of DCSA's organizational structure, mission sets (NBIS, Vetting, etc.), and key leadership stakeholders.
* Strategic Intuition: You can read a room and a budget. You know how to translate a technical win into a long-term contract expansion.
* Operational Grit: You don't wait for things to happen. You are the catalyst that moves government actions forward by building consensus across offices.
* Executive Presence: You are comfortable briefed SES-level leadership and can represent Omni's culture of innovation with confidence. Requirements: * 10+ years of either Operations, Program Management or Account Management experience supporting DoD/DoW contracts
* Bachelors Degree
* Experience and thorough understanding of contracting strategies within DoD/DoW (Acquisition, Contract Modifications, etc)
* Strong understanding of modern Cloud, DevSecOps, Agile
* Ability to speak intelligently to technical solutions with key stakeholders
* Experience working directly with senior Government officials
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to problem solve on the fly (reword this)
* Proven experience organically growing contracts by working closely with Government stakeholders and identifying additional capability gaps
* Active Secret Clearance Nice to Have: * Active Top-Secret Clearance
* Prior experience supporting DCSA Our team is always hungry for more - more knowledge, more problem solving, more growth, more innovation, and, ultimately, customer success. This hunger and hustle fuel our determination to excel in everything we do. It's not just about meeting established goals; it's about exceeding them. We take immense pride in applying our expertise in cutting-edge technologies and our ability to adapt to emerging trends directly to the users in the field, as our nation's protectors deserve nothing less.
