  • Publish concise semiconductor market insights covering macro factors such as geopolitics, regulation, technology shifts, supply chain changes, and demand drivers.
  • Support mid-term sales budget planning by analyzing customer, product, region, and application views to identify growth opportunities and budget gaps.
  • Analyze customer relationship management opportunity pipelines, forecast quality, win/loss factors, and sales activity data to recommend actions that improve budget achievement.
  • Build total addressable Market, serviceable available market, and serviceable obtainable market views to clarify priority markets, target accounts, and high-potential applications.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to turn analyses into action plans, track progress, and share practical best practices across regions.
  • Define business requirements for customer relationship management, Salesforce automation systems, and Microsoft Power BI dashboards with sales, information technology, finance, and planning stakeholders.
  • Facilitate global working groups, including overseas sales entities, driving alignment, adoption, and change management.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years' experience in sales strategy, sales planning, business planning, market intelligence, sales operations, business development, or consulting.
  • Working knowledge of semiconductors, electronic components, semiconductor equipment or materials, or adjacent business-to-business technology or manufacturing markets.
  • Experience with sales budget planning, opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, key performance indicators, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to translate market, customer, and sales data into clear recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Hands-on experience using customer relationship management, Salesforce automation platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or expert Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across sales, information technology, finance, marketing, and regional teams.
  • Experience with executive presentations, written reports, and global meeting facilitation.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Minimum salary:  $97,894.00

Maximum salary:  $162,259.00
