The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development and continuous evolution of CACI's market intelligence capabilities, including AI-enabled research and strategic market analysis. This role combines market understanding, technology leadership, and reporting to improve how market intelligence is produced, shared, and applied across the organization.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new business and competitive takeaway opportunities across CACI's key markets Develop annual market sizing assessments using Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) methodologies Assist in developing market strategies and go-to-market approaches for new markets, products, and capabilities Monitor and assess government policy, budget, regulatory, and acquisition changes that may impact business strategy Analyze customer priorities, mission needs, modernization initiatives, acquisition strategies, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities Prepare executive briefings, market assessments, competitive analyses, and strategic presentations for senior leadership Support executive leadership with strategic market intelligence, competitive assessments, and business insights Support initiatives that improve market intelligence processes, research methodologies, systems, and analytical products Lead and continuously enhance the Business Development organization's Rapid Deep Research capability by delivering high-quality, AI-assisted market and competitive intelligence products for executives, capture teams, and business development leaders Develop repeatable AI-assisted research methodologies, prompt libraries, and analytical workflows that improve the speed, quality, and consistency of market intelligence Leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, advanced analytics, and automation technologies to accelerate research, synthesize complex information, and produce executive-ready deliverables Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical applications that improve research, competitive intelligence, and strategic decision support Design, develop, and maintain AI-ready market intelligence repositories, structured knowledge bases, and research libraries Identify opportunities to improve data quality, research workflows, and knowledge reuse across Business Development Operations Develop and maintain executive dashboards, analytical products, and market intelligence databases Manage relationships with market intelligence, AI, and research technology vendors Evaluate emerging research platforms, tools, and commercial data providers through pilot programs, business cases, and/or adoption recommendations Qualifications: Required: -8+ years of experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, data analysis, and/or business development, preferably within the government or defense contracting space Experience leveraging Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to conduct research, synthesize information, develop knowledge assets, and improve business processes Strong business acumen including ability to proactively identify potential challenges and ability to escalate and maintain strong communication with up chain management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated success delivering actionable market intelligence that influences business strategy, capture planning, or executive decision-making Experience building, organizing, or maintaining structured knowledge repositories or enterprise research libraries Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, SQL) and with government databases and industry tools (e.g., GovWin, DACIS, GovTribe, Bgov, etc.) Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS) Experience managing relationships with commercial software vendors, SaaS platforms, or market intelligence providers, including licensing and adoption Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner Experience presenting to and influencing leaders and executives Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Desired: DoD market experience Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Power Platform, or similar enterprise AI ecosystems Experience supporting executive strategy, competitive intelligence, or corporate planning organizations Experience with government agencies or sectors - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
