Summary
The Manager/Sr. Manager, GTM Strategic Intelligence & Advanced Analytics will help further Klaviyo's strategic intelligence capability for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role sits within GTM Strategy & Operations, reporting to the Head of GTM Strategic Intelligence & Analytics, and serves as an analytical thought partner to Executive Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, by transforming complex data into predictive insights, strategic recommendations, and executive decision support.
You will develop the analytical frameworks, predictive & scenario models, AI-enabled insights, and executive narratives that shape how Klaviyo grows revenue, retains customers, allocates investments, and evolves its GTM strategy.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, strategically and analytically minded, proactive in seeking solutions to challenging problems, and highly focused on driving strategic decision making. Success in this role requires exceptional business acumen, deep analytical expertise, executive communication skills, and strong technical capabilities across AI-enabled analytics.
How You'll Make a Difference
Drive Strategic Decision-Making
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM and Executive Leadership, translating complex business performance data into actionable recommendations, driving strategic analytics and supporting initiatives that shape the growth trajectory of Klaviyo
  • Develop executive narratives, monthly and quarterly business reviews, strategic planning materials, business cases, and GTM strategic investment analyses that influence company priorities.

Build Predictive Intelligence
  • Create predictive models and scenario analyses that identify revenue opportunities, customer risk, capacity needs, and future business performance.
  • Develop measurement frameworks that evaluate the impact of GTM, Product, AI, Sales, and Customer Success initiatives.

Deliver GTM & Customer Insights
  • Deliver high impact strategic and root cause analytics across operations and the customer lifecycle, highlighting insights that improve new business growth, customer retention, revenue growth, territory and quota strategy, resource allocation, and operating performance.
  • Dissect trends, quantify opportunities, and undertake customer and driver based journey analytics to support business planning & strategic decision making within GTM
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to shape GTM strategy and operations frameworks through data-driven recommendations.

Scale Strategic Intelligence
  • Build scalable analytical frameworks, AI-enabled insights, and automations that improve forecasting, planning, executive decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, GTM & Revenue Operations to operationalize advanced analytics and establish GTM Strategic Intelligence as a core capability across the business.
Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Revenue Operations, or Strategic Planning within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing executive leadership through data-driven recommendations and strategic analysis.
  • Strong business acumen with experience supporting revenue growth, forecasting & modeling, customer & pipeline analytics, or GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into executive-ready narratives and business recommendations.
  • Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Comfortable operating independently while partnering across , Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
Technical Qualifications
  • Expert SQL with experience building complex analytical queries and scalable data models
  • Deep experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses
  • Strong experience with Python and methodologies for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation
  • Experience building executive dashboards using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Streamlit, or similar BI platforms
  • Experience working with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
  • Experience developing predictive models, statistical inference, experimentation, or machine learning
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and LLM tooling including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar technologies
  • Experience building workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Airflow, or similar orchestration platforms

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$120,000-$180,000 USD
This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
