As a Senior Strategic Intelligence Analyst,ย youโ€™llย play a pivotal role in shaping our organizationโ€™s technology-driven future. You will architect and advanceย cutting-edgeย analytical data models and intelligence solutions that power enterprise-wide reporting, dashboards, and impactful decision-making. What You'll Doย 

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytical data models within Snowflake to support enterprise reporting, dashboards, and strategic analysis.ย 

  • Serve as a key contributor within the Strategic Intelligence team, owning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data modeling through insight delivery.ย 

  • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business questions, define metrics and KPIs, and translate needs into meaningful analytical solutions.ย 

  • Build, enhance, andย maintainย interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence and presentation tools.ย 

  • Develop,ย validate, and provide ongoing support for operational and project related reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.ย 

  • Communicate analytical findings through clear data storytelling, visual narratives, andย executive readyย presentations that drive understanding and action.ย 

  • Define, document, andย maintainย business logic, metrics, data definitions, and assumptions to ensure consistent interpretation and trusted reporting.ย 

  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to analytics practices, reporting standards, and visualization approaches across Metroโ€™s business units and departments.ย 

  • Performย additionalย duties assigned by management.ย 

What You'll Bringย 

Education and Experienceย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Dataย Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and advanced analytical experience.ย 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and business intelligenceย stronglyย preferred.ย 

  • Prior financial industry experienceย stronglyย preferred.ย 

Skills / Knowledge / Certificationsย 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.ย 

  • Demonstrated knowledge connecting to open database connectivity (ODBC) and object linking and embedded database (OLEDB) data sources and building complex SQL load scripts.ย 

  • Proficiencyย in SQL, data modeling, and database design.ย
