Job description

The Brand Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful execution of brand initiatives, projects, and events across the Community Department. This role oversees multiple work-streams simultaneously—ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources are aligned to achieve project objectives. The Director of Program Operations partners with executive leadership, Brand Visionaries, and cross-departmental teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact brand projects that strengthen engagement, revenue, and overall member experience. The role does not initially have any direct reports.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of brand initiatives, events, and projects from concept through completion.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time execution.
  • Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to define project goals, key performance metrics, and success criteria.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Operations, and Community teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to ensure accountability and timely follow-up.
  • Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and performance metrics to executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and reflect brand values, vision, and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Brand Coordinators and supporting staff to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Monitor and report on key brand performance indicators, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation, process standards, and project records in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand operations & project management.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing large-scale brand or marketing projects.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing operations, and event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus under pressure.
  • Experience building reports and analytics to measure project outcomes preferred.
