Job description

Strategic Growth Partner

As a Strategic Growth Partner (SGP) at Compass International Holdings, you are the face of the company and the engine of our market expansion, directly responsible for driving net-new pipeline for our Strategic Growth Team. In its simplest form, you will educate our agent community on the benefits and importance of contributing to the Strategic Growth of Compass International Holdings, identifying who in their network of prospective agents should be introduced to our closing team.

SGPs are the future of the Strategic Growth organization. In addition to the direct impact this role has as a partner to the Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) in the market, you will ultimately be working toward the goal of becoming an SGM yourself. From onboarding all the way through a formal SGP-to-SGM training program, your focus will be on developing the skills and knowledge that line a direct path into a closing sales position within an incredibly driven, high-performing team.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline through strategic inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Outreach directly to prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods.
  • Articulate our value proposition (technology, marketing, culture, and growth) and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in your market.
  • Partner with Agents to identify referral opportunities and seamlessly transition them to a Strategic Growth Manager for full-cycle closing.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop successful prospecting strategies, adding value to each SGM's sales process.
  • Drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Analyze addressable markets in nascent geographies and create demand for our disruptive technology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create new processes and refine existing ones through innovative thinking.
  • Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management.

What This Role Offers

  • A formal SGP-to-SGM training program designed to fast-track your career into a closing sales position.
  • Direct partnership and mentorship from top-performing Strategic Growth Managers and market leaders.
  • A highly collaborative environment where you can actively innovate on processes and outbound strategies.
  • Operate with a "glass-half-full" mentality, making a tangible impact on the company's market expansion.

How You'll Be Measured This role is measured by pipeline generation and the volume of qualified opportunities successfully created for the Strategic Growth Managers.

Location Based in our Tacoma, WA office, this onsite role will have you engaging directly with the local Compass Agent Community and collaborating in person with the Strategic Growth team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management).
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills; a natural leader with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and comfortably navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities.

Compensation The base pay range for this position is $38.46-$43.27 per hour ($80,000-$90,000 annualized); with an annual target bonus of $10K-$15K and uncapped bonus potential. We provide a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
