Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Engagement Facilitator at Case Management Consulting!This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly).

Position is currently funded through July 2026, with a confirmed extension of up to six months anticipated.

We are hiring for an experienced Strategic Engagement Facilitator to support high-visibility International Affairs (IA) initiatives within the NGA environment. This role will focus on facilitating strategic collaboration, supporting executive-level engagements, coordinating with international and interagency stakeholders, and translating complex mission discussions into actionable communication products and engagement outputs.

The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator and relationship-builder who can operate effectively in fast-paced, highly visible environments while supporting collaboration across NGA leadership, country liaisons, mission partners, and the broader GEOINT enterprise.

Your Impactful Duties:

  • Facilitate strategic discussions, planning sessions, and collaborative engagements across NGA IA leadership, country liaisons, and mission stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support executive-level engagements involving NGA leadership, international partners, Flag Officers, and IC stakeholders
  • Translate complex operational and mission-related discussions into concise communication products, executive summaries, visual engagement materials, and actionable outputs
  • Develop strategic communication materials, briefing products, roadmaps, talking points, engagement summaries, and stakeholder-facing deliverables
  • Support IA planning events, leadership offsites, and cross-functional working groups by capturing key discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborate with international partner representatives, country liaisons, and mission stakeholders to support strategic engagement objectives and communication flow
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and modern collaboration platforms to improve information synthesis, communication workflows, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Support senior leadership messaging consistency across NGA, the IC, and international engagement environments
  • Operate effectively in high-visibility, fast-paced environments requiring executive presence, adaptability, discretion, and strategic communication skills

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 10+ years of experience supporting strategic engagement, executive communications, stakeholder coordination, mission operations, facilitation, or related functions within NGA, DoD, IC, or federal environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, Flag Officers, VIP stakeholders, or high-visibility mission engagements
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, organizations, or mission partners in fast-paced operational environments
  • Experience developing executive-facing communication products, briefing materials, strategic summaries, or engagement deliverables
  • Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities in dynamic mission environments

Desired:

  • Familiarity with NGA, IA, GEOINT, IC, or DoD engagement environments
  • Experience supporting international partner coordination, liaison activities, or strategic collaboration efforts
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for communication support, workflow optimization, information synthesis, or stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supporting executive planning events, working groups, workshops, or leadership forums
