Job description

The Strategic Engagement Analyst supports engagement initiatives across Advanced Wealth Solutions (AWS) by helping teams execute, coordinate, and measure programs that connect advisors to tools, resources, and solutions.

This role blends operational coordination with analytical support, offering handson experience working across sales, enablement, marketing, and platform teams. It's a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in strategy execution, business operations, and datainformed decisionmaking. 

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience working on enterprise-scale initiatives while building a strong foundation in enablement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also develop an understanding of how engagement strategies are executed and measured within a complex organization, while positioning yourself for future growth into roles such as Program Manager. 
 
This is a hybrid role, candidates must be located in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do

  • In this role, you'll support strategic engagement efforts by:
    • Assisting with coordination and execution of engagement activities, events, and initiatives
    • Helping maintain engagement materials, calendars, and shared tools
    • Supporting collaboration across teams such as Sales Enablement, Communications, and Marketing
    • Preparing reports, summaries, and insights that help teams understand what's working and where to improve
    • Tracking activities and outcomes to improve visibility and consistency
  • You'll work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to enterpriselevel initiatives while building strong foundational skills.

What You Need to Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience (including internships) in areas such as analytics, operations, enablement, marketing, or similar
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with common business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms)

What's Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting crossfunctional projects or initiatives
  • Exposure to reporting, dashboards, or performance tracking
  • Interest in strategy execution, operations, or business analytics

Compensation: 

The base salary range for this role in Dallas, TX is $50,000 to $75,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Salary range may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
