Job description

Responsible laborer will perform a variety of labor tasks including but not limited to material handling, building and property upkeep, maintenance and landscaping of property and varies from day to day.
Labor requirement aspects also include:
 

  • Adaptability to different labor processes and methods
  • Efficient and safety minded
  • Consistent on punctuality to the work schedule
  • Willingness to follow directions and protocols
  • Follow safety procedures and standards to ensure not only your safety but the people around you as well
  • Works well with others efficiently
  • Able to perform medium to heavy work, exerting up to 50 lbs of weight frequently
  • Able to lift over 50 lbs when needed
  • On the job training
  • Able to meet physical requirements as well as background check requirements
  • Position is full time – non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
