Production Line Operator Role

As a Production Line Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process:

  • Monitor plastic extrusion or stranding lines to ensure high-quality, timely cable production.

  • Perform machine startups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.

  • Conduct measurement checks to meet quality standards.

  • Report production issues and equipment concerns proactively.

  • Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines.

What You Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse roles (within the last 7 years)

  • Ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screening

  • Visual ability to distinguish 12 basic colors

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manually roll reels up to 800 lbs (with or without accommodation)

  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with physical movement (stooping, bending, standing, sitting)

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in basic calculations and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges)

  • Full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers
