Job description

Summary: The Facilities Coordinator Team oversees after-hours building use activities and
events for Storyline Fellowship.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends.
Ongoing Tasks
  • Responsible for opening and closing the building for internal and external use of the facilities.
  • Responsible for engaging with and assisting those that use the facilities with any needs they might have.
  • Responsible for setting rooms for external and internal use.

Relationship with Storyline Team:
  • I receive input from: Facilities Manager
  • I work with: Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator Team

Qualifications:
  • Responsible and dependable
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Confidence and initiative to anticipate needs within this ministry lane and execute accordingly
  • Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Demonstrates proficiency with basic technology and digital tools

Pay & Benefits:
