We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee operations at our Kenosha location. Store Manager is responsible for talent management, managing COGS/Labor costs, and weekly ordering of supplies, schedules, training new talent, making sure brand standards are upheld, and creating a positive and fun store culture!

Requirements:

-3 years experience in a manager role

-Preferred Barista experience

-Ability to provide consistent and effective leadership

-Ability to provide effective accountability to a team

-Problem solving using analytical, creative and critical thinking skills

-Excellent time management and organizational skills

-Proven leadership skills to motivate, train, and develop team members

-Exceptional interpersonal skills and an active listener

-Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth in operations

-Flexibility to adapt to change in operations

-Team oriented mindset

-Coachable and always striving to improve

-Self-motivated and self-starter with ability to work independently
