Store Associate

Energy Express is dedicated to developing employees and hiring within the organization. We provide growth opportunities, on-the-job training & great benefits. We would love for you to join our team! We have several openings for all shifts in our stores.


Shifts: First shift is anytime between 6am-3pm. Second shift is anytime between 2pm -11pm and third shift is anytime between 10pm -7am.

Overview: We are seeking a Store Associate to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting the store and working closely with customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and guide them to desired products
  • Posses in-depth knowledge of store merchandise to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations
  • Operate cash register, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Arrange products attractively on shelves and displays to enhance customer experience and sales.
  • Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, including tidying up spills and debris.
  • Promote special offers and up-selling products.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash register accountability.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented to maintain neat displays and accurate inventory.
