The UPS Store 8273 — Store Associate Job Description

Location: 2719 Basswood Blvd Ste 141, Fort Worth, TX 76131 Position: Store Associate Compensation: Based on experience. Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Weekend availability required)

Summary The Store Associate provides customer service, processes shipments, assists with printing services, and supports daily operations at The UPS Store 8273. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

· Greet customers and provide excellent service

· Handle Amazon returns and package drop-offs

· Pack fragile and high-value items following UPS standards

· Operate print equipment (copiers, laminators, binding machines)

· Manage mailbox services and sort incoming mail

· Maintain store cleanliness and organization

· Assist with inventory and supplies

· Follow all UPS, USPS, and hazmat compliance rules

Qualifications

· 1+ year customer service or retail experience preferred

· Must be available weekends

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Comfortable using computers and POS systems

· Notary Public is a plus (not required)

· Prior experience at UPS Store is a plus

Training

All new hires must complete The UPS Store’s paid Web-Based Training (WBT) modules covering:

· Packing standards

· Hazmat compliance

· USPS regulations

· Customer service procedures
