The Broker Assistant supports brokerage outcomes by coordinating market-facing activity and ensuring timely, accurate execution across placement and servicing. This role provides administrative, documentation, and operational support to Brokers and sales teams, enabling efficient handling of policies and key accounts. The core function of this role centers on service execution, documentation quality, and workflow coordination while delivering high-quality support to agents, carriers, and internal partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the placement and servicing process by preparing submissions, endorsements, quotations, and policy documentation

  • Coordinate account activity by managing correspondence,facilitatingcommunication between agents, carriers, and internal teams, and ensuringtimelyexecution of requests

  • Manage account servicing responsibilities, including renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and policy changes while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements

  • Maintainaccuratesystems, records, and documentation to support policy lifecycle management and audit readiness

  • Monitor account activity, including billing, collections, and documentation flow, toidentifyand resolve potential issues proactively

  • Provide high-quality service to agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders while supporting Brokers and production teams in meeting business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The annual base salary for this position is $44,500 - $56,000.
