Essential Job Functions
  • Works closely with Sales Team, Store Management and the Customer Service team to achieve all established goals i.e. ensuring all shipping supplies are on hand, shipping deadlines met, visual directives followed per document requirements and overall store and stockroom maintained to the highest standards.
  • Flexibility to move from one task to another while delivering superior service and quality work.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and the ability to anticipate and problem solve.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to read, write and interpret essential business
  • documents and communications. Must be detailed oriented.
  • Physical Demands, this position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Work hours, the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays (including extended hours) and sale events based on the needs of the business.
