Job description

Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial partnership and analytical support to the GROE (GTM Strategy, Revenue, Offers & Enablement) and HQ Sales Operations organizations, while leading world-wide consolidated OPEX planning for GTM Sales organization. 

This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the office and reports to one of the following offices only: San Jose, CA; Raleigh, NC; or Vienna, VA.

Job Requirements

Scope of activities include forecasting, reporting, variance analysis across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success as well as ad hoc analytics pursuits. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong operating expense experience, advanced reporting capabilities, and the ability to translate financial results into clear insights that support disciplined spend management, forecast accuracy, and executive decision-making.
   Lead OPEX analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting; identify key cost drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
   Develop and maintain financial models, reporting packages, and dashboards that improve visibility into operating expenses, forecast accuracy, and performance against plan.
   Collaborate and manage daily activities with Finance Center of Excellence and cross functional team resources. 
   Serve as a trusted finance business partner to functional leaders, communicating financial performance, spend drivers, and actionable recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
   Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accrual review, actuals analysis, forecast comparisons, and clear explanations of variances versus plan and prior forecasts.
   Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting processes, enhance controls, and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of OPEX reporting.
   Operate with strong ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
   Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, and related planning or reporting tools to deliver accurate analysis and scalable reporting solutions.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 129,200 - 175,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
