Job description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and
delivery of enterprise Product Data, Catalog, and Master Data Management
(MDM/PIM) platforms. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture,
Data Governance, and Business stakeholders to build scalable technology solutions
that enable high-quality product data management, catalog syndication, integrations,
and digital commerce experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong Software Product Management experience
with expertise in Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management
(MDM), Product Catalogs, and Data Governance. This individual will own product
strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure successful delivery of
technology capabilities that create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Roadmap
 Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for
Product Data and Catalog platforms.
 Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities,
prioritize initiatives, and align product investments with organizational goals.
 Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and product
capabilities.
 Establish and track product KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.
Product Ownership Delivery
 Own and manage the product backlog, prioritization process, and release
planning.
 Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and
product requirements.
 Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Data teams
throughout the product lifecycle.
 Lead Agile product management activities including backlog refinement, sprint
planning, prioritization, and stakeholder reviews.
 Ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new capabilities
across multiple teams.
Stakeholder Management
 Serve as the primary product owner and advocate for Product Data and
Catalog platforms.
 Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, gather
requirements, and define solutions.
 Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, priorities, and outcomes to
leadership and cross-functional teams.
 Drive alignment across business, technology, data governance, and
operations teams.
Product Data Catalog Domain Leadership
 Lead initiatives related to Product Information Management (PIM), Master
Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Product Catalogs, and Data
Syndication.
 Support development of product data models, governance processes,
integrations, APIs, and downstream data distribution capabilities.
 Identify opportunities to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and
customer experiences through enhanced product data management.
Required Qualifications
 7+ years of Software Product Management, Technical Product Management,
or Product Owner experience.
 Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, backlog, releases, and
delivery for enterprise software products.
 Strong Agile/Scrum experience including epics, features, user stories, and
backlog prioritization.
 Experience partnering directly with engineering teams to deliver software
products.
 Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM), Master
Data Management (MDM), Product Catalog, or Data Governance platforms
and processes.
 Experience with at least one enterprise PIM/MDM platform such as STIBO
STEP, Informatica MDM, Riversand, Syndigo, Salsify, InRiver, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
 Deep hands-on experience with STIBO STEP.
 Automotive Aftermarket experience.
 ACES/PIES knowledge.
