Now Hiring: Senior AI Agent Engineer
Remote - United States
Contract Position 6+ Months
An innovative organization specializing in AI and investment technology is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and implement enterprise-level AI automations and agentic workflows utilizing Claude Enterprise.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and enhance workflows and AI agent systems powered by Claude
• Develop and manage Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites
• Contribute to Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and coordination of multiple agents
• Set up enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines
• Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Partner with technology leadership to deliver AI solutions ready for production
Required Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise
• Proficiency in Agent Skills, SKILL.md, and Managed Agents
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SSE/streaming data patterns
• Understanding of SCIM, RBAC, governance, and enterprise administration
• Experience working with Anthropic platform APIs and enterprise AI tools
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
• Experience in enabling enterprise users and troubleshooting
• Background in finance, investment, or private equity workflows
• Ability to develop reusable AI automation frameworks
