Job Summary
The AI Power BI Engineer with Data Modelling will serve as a Senior AI Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents and enterprise AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI. The role will focus on Generative AI, agent-based architectures, large language models, RAG pipelines, enterprise data integration, and AI-powered automation. The engineer will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, governed, and data-driven AI solutions in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Snowflake Cortex AI.
• Build and implement agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and enterprise knowledge solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and data platforms.
• Optimize prompts, grounding strategies, and AI model performance.
• Implement AI governance, security, monitoring, and observability controls.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend appropriate engineering practices and solutions.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
• Develop enterprise AI solutions that leverage Snowflake data and Cortex AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience focused on AI/Generative AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agent development.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowflake Data Cloud, and AI functions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI development frameworks.
• Experience building RAG solutions and enterprise AI applications.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI applications and agent-based solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent LLM platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, and Cortex Agents.
• Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or enterprise data platforms.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience building enterprise AI copilots and autonomous agents.
• Snowflake certifications.
• Experience working with Health, Carelon, or healthcare domain initiatives.
