We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI agent ecosystems. This role focuses on creating sophisticated AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and business process automation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

AI Agent Architecture & Development

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI agent solutions.
  • Architect scalable agent-based systems and frameworks.
  • Develop autonomous workflows and decision-making capabilities.
  • Design multi-agent collaboration and orchestration models.
  • Establish development standards and best practices.

Enterprise Integration & Automation

  • Enable AI agents to operate effectively across enterprise environments.
  • Integrate agents with business applications, APIs, and databases.
  • Design workflow automation solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Support enterprise transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Develop reusable tools and agent capabilities.

Operational Excellence & Optimization

  • Ensure AI agents perform reliably at scale.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
